THERAPY: A SIGN OF STRENGTH

The decision to participate in psychotherapy is a sign of strength; it can be a process of growth and transformation.
Throughout my career, I've often heard clients express a similar sentiment: "I must be weak because I'm in therapy." This is a common reaction, but it's a false narrative. Society and even well-meaning family members can inadvertently send messages that lead to this subconscious belief: "If I were stronger, if I were better, I'd be able to handle my stress and my life with ease."
“The only questions that really matter are the ones you ask yourself.”
When we decide to participate in therapy, it is concrete investment in our time and money. The possible abstract benefits can far outweigh the concrete costs.
Participating in therapy is a signal that you are saying to yourself: I matter, and I want to live the best life I can.
Therapy offers an insightful and empowering journey toward achieving emotional balance and becoming your best self.
